Pros

Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers so much opportunity for its staff. What used to be 20 unique brands is now one unified brand. We are given the tools to communicate and collaborate as a team and we are motivated and encouraged to offer our clients and candidates with innovative workforce recruitment, management and technology solutions. What used to be a staffing company is truly now a comprehensive workforce solutions company.

Cons

Rebranding from 20 unique brands to one can be challenging. Also, our rapid growth means we are working at a fast pace. Keep on hosting the company-wide conference calls and keep providing a high level of support and it will be hugely successful.

Pros

Great people who work very hard.

Cons

Very little and/or excrutiatingly slow upward mobility. Seldom did they promote from within, choosing instead to bring in friends or family. Lots of burn-out with the nicest, hardest working employees- a theme across entire departments.

Great people, not so great benefits

Pros

The people here are bright, a pleasure to work with, and have good integrity. The company knows how to pick people.

Cons

They offer no matching for 401k. 6 days of holidays a year. Everyone seems to be expected to work a minimum of 45 hours/week. 2 weeks of vacation that you're not allowed to use in the first year of employment. Most people don't take breaks...even for lunch. There's no break room to eat in. People eat at their desks. General attitude of the company is that the company is more important than family. The management wants to get away from personalized desks with cubicles and moving towards a more warehouse approach where you don't have drawers or assigned seating.
