Great environment and caring and generous boss in Mr. Tom Eastwick. Colleagues are professional and friendly and we have solid working relationships.

Pros

Academic rigor and fairness to students is expected. Students work hard even though many have full time jobs and/or families to care for. Administration encourages academic freedom. Co- workers are also friendly and supportive. Overall, a great place to work.

It is what is. Get your experience for 1 maybe 2 years and leave...immediately.

Cons

Until it's not, and you realize you're underpaid (literally in the lower 30-40% of industry average) and overworked (50 hours or more a week) and underappreciated and over stressed
