      1. Leadership is very strong in EDC- Not like other leaders, President Pirooz Javan is very knowledgeable his field. He knows what he is doing and even specialists learn from Pirooz. People who leads the company, they are ready to help you and set up the career goals. 2. Strong HR If you have any problem with personal life, work environment or more, HR director is ready to listen to you. You will feel that you have somebody back you up. 3. Company Growth They consistently grow and leaderships (CEO, President, CIO, and COO) do not afraid invest money into the company. They have beautiful renovated office at U st and Tyson. Also, company looks for any opportunities to grow. 4. Very Family Oriented People will be welcome you and you will find work place like a home. 5. If you are programmer this is perfect place. But they are progressing to expand the field

      Easy Dynamics is a great company that has fostered a culture of technical expertise, learning, and quality solutions. They are a growing company that is built upon a base of caring employees and a management team that is in tune with the company's vision. Not only does the management team care about growing the company by winning new work, they support employees pursuit of additional knowledge through certifications and conferences. Easy Dynamics maintains strong relationships with clients and is quick to build confidence with new clients by providing quality consulting and delivering verbose solutions on time and without cutting corners. It's truly a great place to build a career at with generous benefits. I highly recommend that anyone even remotely interested should pursue a position at Easy Dynamics.
