Great company with endless growth potential

Pros

1. You are surrounded with people who care about their job and the company. 2. The company is growing into new territories year over year. 3. The leadership team actually cares about its employees. 4. HR is on point with recruiting, onboarding and answering questions in a timely manor. 5. Upper management is making big changes to help improve all aspects of the company.

Cons

With fast growth comes growing pains, its all part of the game. Bonus structure needs to be improved upon for managers!

HR doesn't care what your boss says or tells you

Pros

The warehouse workers will ALWAYS help you and be so friendly if you're nice to them.

Cons

Everything. They get you by claiming a higher salary which you dont get upon being hired. They also claim you can work up to 3 days from home but HR has no idea and your boss doesn't back you up. Constant false promises. Inventory management is a mess because the higher ups don't want to fix it. They do everything else but the right way. Pay is low No you can't work from home Very male dominant, even if you have higher qualifications expect to get a lower job/pay grade. Not work/life friendly Expect to do 10 different jobs with a low salary if you're a woman.

Friendly coworkers, great manager, overall good work atmosphere.

Cons

Not too much room to move up the ladder but compensation does increase.
