I enjoyed working at PDQ. Operating Director, Tim Bates, at Clearwater location was super friendly and kind hearted.

Pros

Awesome co workers! Great management team! Decent hours with good pay and raise. Great work environment with good core values for restaurant. Really displayed what they stood for! (People Dedicated to Quality) Group meetings(line ups at 10am which got the lunch shift pumped up)

Cons

Same work station almost all the time which was draining at times. Other co workers had issues with management (I personally didn't).

-Half off when it comes to buy food -Drinks are always on the house -Opportunities for advancement in the company

Cons

-Terrible leadership within not only the store as an individual but home office as well -No discipline -Employees that often cause problems are defended
