Pros

as a fast growing company, there are tons of opportunities to be promoted through the system. the management team values everyone's opinion and working at PDQ feels like working for a family. they also allow us to do really cool things in the community to help local schools, youth sports leagues, and charities.

Cons

The job can be stressful at times because the restaurants get very busy, but it also promotes teamwork as everyone must work together.
