Pros

The food is delicious. There really is a huge difference in the quality of PDQ food in comparison to Chic-fil-A. Very customer oriented and focused on satisfaction of guests.

Cons

The one I worked at has only been open for going on three years and there have been at least 10 different managers. There was no consistency. Worked there for two years and only got one raise.

* Management - Please listen to and willingly work with your employees as it is necessary to always receive clear direction and be properly prepared every shift. Without your leadership skills the Front, Heart, & Back of House employees cannot potentially showcase the excellence this company effectively can have. * Pay - minimum wage Principles to improve: - Honesty - Perfect Execution / operational excellence - Quality

Pros

1. Free, delicious food. 2. Owners are very seasoned restaurateurs. 3. You learn a ton about scalable processes. 4. Ownership is willing to invest in cutting edge technology. 5. A lot of opportunity for upward mobility. 6. Very affluent investor base. Excellent opportunity to network with accomplished people from every walk of life and venture into a new career if you so choose. I know this because that's what happened to me. 7. Expanding like crazy. Anything that the ownership touches turns to gold.

Cons

When outside investment comes in, the returns have to be made to shareholders. This could lead to the cheapening of the food quality, diminished compensation and the addition of professionals with less experience that are willing to work for less. There have been successions made but the overall vitality of the business is still intact so they're on the right path.
