Pros
Good bonus structure, you get a percentage of your positive (sales,food cost,labor). You have decent support from corporate they started implementing coaches. They are manager in your region with good number that help you get better.
Cons
55 hour work weeks. you end up working closer to 65 70. District Mangers and corporate Have instilled a culture of fear. If you get a lo performing store it takes time to build it up instead of coming in and supporting they come in like drill instructors and thrive of the fear not respect they get from everyone. FYI this isn't me complaining i bonus ed every month i worked for this company, this is an honest description of what i witnessed my peers and i go through. But if you can work and live like that the money is good and if you build a good culture in your store with a good team it might be worth it for you. good luck
