Pros
PDQ is an inclusive and fun place to work where you are encouraged to have a voice and grow. For everyone else looking for a place to flourish, you will be challenged and cheered on. Great team that doesn't take themselves too seriously but is still dedicated to bringing quality food and experiences to our guests. Creativity and individuality is always encouraged.
Cons
If you like being comfortable and not growing personally or professionally, this may not be the place for you. Sometimes communication could be a little more connected between departments and the store locations vs. the home office, but that's a challenge pretty much anywhere.
