There isn't much room for advancement for people It's in decline environmentwise, even in the 9 months I've been here I'm considering leaving because of the loss of charm Poor Communication about changes to lower level employees Irregular scheduling Passive Aggressive Firing Seems to be drifting more towards hostility in the management these days People are often overlooked for promotions in favor of new hires The people who are promoted are often asking the lower level employees how to perform basic tasks as a result. Often lacks the materials needed to get through specific days
