Pros

They have scholarship programs. They pay both management and team members competitive wages based on performance. They invest in new technology to streamline service in the restaurant and in the drive through. The menu is constantly evolving. They are inclusive and accepting of all kinds of people, making them feel like family.

Cons

I can't think of any negatives.
