The turnover rate in management was insane. I worked at my location on and off for 8 years and we went through over 20 managers and 6 Operating Directors. The leadership at PDQ is virtually non-existent and what leadership is present is disjointed. Most managers were promoted from within (current BOH or FOH team members) but many admitted themselves that they were thrown into the management position and didn't feel adequately trained or ready to take it on. Frequent policy changes and double standards. Managers were in relationships with FOH and BOH team members and Operating Directors were hiring their own children to work under them at the same store. Raises are minimal and you are constantly told that "even though you deserve a raise, the store isn't making enough money for anyone to get one".

Terrible management, Shady managers that would day-drink all through out the day. Too much power, took advantage of manipulating schedules on a constant day by day basis.
