-management did not care to help customers that were not satisfied with their experience and they were rude to customers who complained. - they wanted me to quit so they stopped scheduling me instead of communicating with me and having a discussion about it like adults. -One of the woman managers (GROWN woman) was flirting and sending unprofessional text messages to BOYS who worked in the kitchen and the messages were not work related. - workers were disposable, they get hired and pushed out easily due to the amount of people they hire in a short amount of time - most of the people working here besides managers are teenagers and the adult managers would act like teenagers and gossip and try to be friends with young kids. It was very weird. And if you are a teenager and do not try to be friends with grown adults as if they are teenagers, then you will be treated like you don't matter to them.

I worked at the location in Fort Lauderdale, FL on 17th Street. Work here only if you are fond of workplace harassment and unprofessional treatment from the executive level down to your coworkers. Managers were very unprofessional. They are the main ones gossiping within the workplace. They promoted workplace bullying and harassment. I have never worked anywhere that forced you to deal with workplace harassment like it was supposed to be normal. It got so bad to the point that I had to quit my job there. Calling corporate will not help, all they will do is tell you to keep the problem in house. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF!!! This is a terrible place to work. STAY AWAY!!!
