Pros

Good quality ingredients, new equipment

Cons

Management was completely unqualified to do their job, let alone manage people. The company's entire image is based on the illusion that you're consuming high quality Italian cuisine, when in actuality they source their ingredients from Italy, and then completely abuse them once they get to the store, Management is a bunch of unproffesional clowns who don't value their staff. On top of that the tipping culture is horrible. Only the cooks working the line and the FOH get tips. The dishwashers, prep cooks, bakers, Roman-style pizza makers, and pastry cooks all get NOTHING.
