Cons
* They promise you everything in the world but will not even start doing it. Don't consider to join the organization but if you join by fate make sure you have every conversation in mail. * Even if you escalate it to management (Don't even know if that exist) you wont have your problem resolved. * They wont lift calls, reply messages not even your official mails. * So called Senior Management of the organization called me they'll look me as a son when I resigned from the organization. I was sticking to my decision and they are now not providing me Experience letters and relieving letters. * Your visas will not be filed on time or right salary paid on time. You have to keep following up with them and lose your peace your entire time working in the Organization. * I received RFE on my H1B transfer and they have not filed the even after 120 days.
