Pros

Met some really cool people while working there, staff and patients alike. Benefits were good.

Cons

Underpaid, undervalued. Favoritism by the executive director and upper leadership. Requested solution focused feedback, but when provided, turned the other cheek and did not address concerns brought to light. If you want to become a shell of a human being and question your competence, worth, and well being, definitely work here.
