The work is exciting; Vast number of career opportunities; Great benefits; Big on community service and providing opportunities to become involved with the community; The company will cut costs in order to keep employees.

Cons

The downsides that come to mind are: 1) The company does not seem to adjust salary to match the cost of living when changing locations. 2) I can't speak for all of the company, but it doesn't seem too diverse (this is just based off of one out of the many locations that the company has).
