Pros

Good exposure for freshers and get chance to work on various projects. Good company culture. Hike depends on market conditions but its is good as compared to many MNCs out there. Work life balance

Cons

Company politics is there , you won't get promoted unless your manager pushes. Slow promotion/hike cycles.
