Pros

Eaton is an excellent company to work for. The management is very professional and always listen. The training provided along with the company's benefits is also a plus.

Cons

During the hot months of the year, the warehouse gets very hot however, management is always concerned about everyone's safety and additional breaks are given.

Pros

Eaton is truly a first class company. Above all, they treat their employees well and present themselves as extremely ethical. I left the company to start my own business ... if it wasn't for that, I would still be there!

Cons

Applying for jobs from outside the company is extremely challenging. They have an extremely high preference for internal candidates.

when I joined this was a great company but within the last 2 years things have changed substantially.

Cons

Folks who do not understand the Service Business are running it now and customer satisfaction has taken a back seat
