Pros

Flexibility to work from home as an engineer, different opportunities to move within the company.

Cons

Everyone is older (in the late 30's if not older), hard to bond with people if you are younger and with everyone spread out all over the US, hard to meet other engineers. Work life balance isn't the best, some weeks are 70 hours other 30.
