      Pros

      Job stability and demand is strong so no worries about lay offs.

      Cons

      Organization overall vision is strong but is lost as it trickles down through management. Management overlooks the overall well being of employees and maintains the image that they only care about the bottom line by working long hours 6 days a week and sometimes through the holidays.

      Pros

      Opportunities for growth within the company if your willing to work hard and play the politics. Many different positions and operations all over the world.

      Cons

      Allows politics to drive certain discisions. Promotes people based on only who they know, or where they went to school, or what degree they have and forgets that they need to listen to the employees that are driving the success of the company and know what is needed to be successful.

      Pros

      Eaton's policies and management are such that micro-management doesn't happen and employees are empowered to make their own decisions. Work-life balance is excellent and ingrained in the company culture. All employees are expected to behave ethically, top to bottom.

      Cons

      As a large corporation, changes can take a long time to be implemented, even at the team/department level. All feedback is evaluated and elevated, but can get lost in the mix.
