They require you to have a degree but no social life or time for family they would rather give you a donut once a month than give you a livable wage you’d make more at a gas station no room for growth no opportunity for raises unless you can wait a year for a 5% increase and I’ve never work at plant that have such high goals for productivity but no tools supplies or good working machines to achieve such overall have fun at Eaton

Many coworkers are being let go for extremely trivial reasons in order to further idiotic diversity goals. This is DRASTICALLY reducing productivity and quality, resulting in poor performance that may ultimately result in the closer of this (and other corporate) locations.
