recent remote work policy is going in the wrong direction alot of leadership changes in 2021 causing confusion vaccine mandates causing grief for some sometimes growth opportunities can be difficult to obtain, job stagnation lack of promotions and merit often barely match cost of living during tougher cycles use weeks of MULAs (mandatory unpaid leave of absence) to pad the financials, meaning employees suffer weeks of no pay in a year.
