Pros

good pay,9-5 Job just wait for the clock to turn 5 and u are out of office. no work pressure what so ever. no strict deadlines if there are any deadlines to begin with

Cons

This is a lighting Company they have no clue what software development means. They sell desktops with home grown software installed on the desktops. Repeat they sell desktops with software installed on it. There is no professional software development of any sort. Their software runs on single machine and on intranet and is not the company main focus. They try to eliminate as much software as possible as they primarily sell lights and software is add on. There is no data center no servers no clusters of any sort. They have some embedded C programming with UI built on C#,VB6, ASP,SQL server. Many products get cancelled after years of development. Project management is extremely bad. So called project managers do nothing to run projects. This company is not for any serious developer in general or Lead/Architect in particular. People use terms like cloud,REST and webservices and other fancy technical terms don't be fooled by it, They don't mean what it mean in real software. No software product runs on the internet at all.

Ethical Company,good salary. EIEC leadership team is good.

No future /carrier. Pramotion based on your relation with supervisor.managers growth fast than Individual contributor.performance decided based on managers perception about you. manager dont have technical knowldge. immense pressure under name of performance and apex system. no wok life balance. Take experienced employee advice before going to some group like HYD or something FCP application & sustaining engg. or some extent to product engg group group... Best of Luck
