Pros

The company in itself is very good, with procedures and departments in place. No cons not a bit for the company. The HR , facilities are super good. Its truly an MNC and has lived truly to its ethical values that it practices. Its the company that looks after its employees, it looks not only after its employees but their families too, and have experienced it closely. Hats off to such well organized and well developed companies. The U.S counterparts truly looks into that you are not troubled with any overloaded work. The U.S counterparts provides several opportunities for global exposure and better learning. They even provide you with foreign visits for small meetings and training. They appreciate your work considering your hard work. They appreciate your work with rewards and monetary benefits. The Vice president and Directors acknowledge your work and also provide knowledge based on global demand supply scenario. Work from home is available and company understands that its employees are humans and not machines. The account HR and operations department are truly cooperative and helpful, Thank you All Indian and U.S. staff for your support during my time in Eaton Corp.

Cons

Well with Pros their are few Cons, that are arising on account of local Indian deputy managers from Kharadi in Market Intelligence, Vehicle Group. Very first, i am still clueless for the appointment of a commerce graduate in vehicle industry, leaving apart the business and accounting aspect. Considering, business aspect which requires technological understanding that truly lacked in these deputy managers. Simple information/understanding of absorption and adsorption for a product seemed an Herculean task for the deputy manager. This limited information can impact Eaton's business downward growth. Additionally, such managers only understand the accounting part leaving aside the new product development or the probable life cycle of the product. For e.g. their supercharger demand was inevitably going to diminish in near future owing to alternatives and EV introduction and turbos that provide equal efficiency and functioning. The Indian deputy manager at kharadi fail to acknowledge that and this was notified by U.S. counterpart which reflected in the loss in business in following months. Well with such over rated deputy manager (Kharadi, VG) that take away the credit of work done by juniors and transferring the errors (done by him/them by not checking the work) to juniors rather than pacifying them. Eaton is loosing faith and hence saw high attrition rate in recent past.
