      Everything is documented, organized and their is a focus on safety. Their is some growth personal and professional wise but it depends on the department you are on.

      They need to pay better and give more complex responsibilities to assistants less operational more analitic. They need to pay better and implement more motivational programs for the workers. You got to invest on your people. Most of the people feel unmotivated. You got make you employee feel involve with the brand.
