      Pros

      Great Company to work for. Eaton Provides Competitive salaries and great benefits for their Employee. They also have a nice learning program called as Eaton University where employee can learn form wide variety of courses. Overall a good company to be associated with.

      Not many. Eaton can work on providing more cross functional training opportunities for Employees

      There are a lot of capable people you can learn from.

      Cons

      Huge disconnection between corporate functions and the plant. Corporate groups roll out programs without understanding operations. Unstructured profit planning and capital planning process and it's find of wasting of time because the goals are unrealistic and rarely profit plans can be achieved and capital money gets taken away often.... Preach a lot of values but values often take second place if stock price is at stake. Ethical is the only value the Company will not compromise. But if you compromise other values they should not be your core values to start with.
