Pros
Eaton is a company in power management. I had a positive experience to work there. I learned other way to do business because it was the first company that I had the opportunity to see that "Finance" is the driver from them. So, they are not a Tech company but they have bought companies in order to create their portfolios.
Cons
When you are not investing in your DNA, you don't have voice like a leader. Unfortunately, Eaton doesn't consider Marketing like one of the drivers for their success and it´s a shame that they have more than 100 years in the market but few people know about them, only, people who are in power environment.
