      Great growth opportunities...No so great leadership

      Pros

      Growth opportunities, end market growth The aerospace group is the reult of multiple acquisitions over the past 5 years and therefore should be viewed with muhc scketicism. The hydraulics group is the worst of any of the 5 Groups hving been the result of the Vickers Aeroquip acqustion and some other horrile acquisitions over thee past 10 years. Then there is the shining star electricla group whihc has the Westinghouseand C-H brnad pedigree whihc makes it great to work for.

      Cons

      Inexperienced management. Soul-less brand. Outsourcing fleecing of american mfg jobs. Num ber one goal of sr management is to reue tax rate by setting up Swissco tax structures for Rick Fearon.

      Pros

      It is a positive work environment, for the most part. The pay is highly competitive. There is some effort to adhere to ethical standards.

      Cons

      All the walls in the whole place are painted gray. blah! shoot me! All the cubicle walls are gray. shoot me! The doors are gray. shoot me! The display case is gray with gray shelves. shoot me! Thank goodness the cafeteria is not gray. The upper-management area is not gray. (??) It is unclear whether the company is interested in the 'image' of a company that is concerned about ethics, or if they are really concerned about ethics. I think they are really concerned about ethics, but some managers don't really get what it ought to mean to be concerned about ethics.
