No onboarding at all, no structured on the job training, everything is all over the place, HR people are not accessible, the least helpful team I have ever worked with. There is only always only one reply to you questions, “everything is on the shared folder check it there”. The team’s motto is “ we can not babysit people” Never ever apply if you are not hundred percent sure that you have been doing the same exact job for ages or be ready not to learn anything new and fail. You will be assigned with tasks unrelated to your role and qualifications. This workplace will give you an endless sense of inadequacy in exchange of a little salary.
