      Pay and benefits and the work /life balance wasn't too bad.

      Cons

      Toxic culture surrounding all former Cooper businesses and sites. Everyone is blaming each other and only looking to benefit themselves and not the whole team.

      Pros

      Large company that focuses on performance-based pay. The tuition assistance program is great, with no out-of-pocket tuition expenses (you submit a voucher for Eaton to reimburse the school directly before classes start). Generous 401k match. Job security is not too much of a concern, as the company tries its best to employ alternative methods of cost savings rather than resorting to layoffs.

      Cons

      Upward mobility can be difficult, and sometimes the company is a little behind the times in terms of attracting and retaining talent. The medical insurance is a little pricy, but the company makes an annual deposit into your HSA account to help defray costs.
