Top heavy management that are constantly in meetings. You have to be a company man to get promoted. Constant restructuring, Unrealistic expectations from management, i.e., I have 9 personal goals and 5 team goals this year. Teams are lean and understaffed. If your sick, it's your responsibility to make sure someone can cover work for the day or you better do it yourself. If they can send your job to India or outsource it, they will. Refused to promote a valuable team member to a senior so they left, leaving the team even more short staffed, hired a replacement and gave them the senior title.

Low level salary pay, workload, work on weeknds and holiday bank. Management is not flexible they think us and india solutions work in europe too.. they hire people to eaton just to outsource them right after to some other company and all they say you can have to change or quit. They do not care about people or any ethics. Lack of flexibility for home office, little merit and bonus. Managements current decisions and directions they follow show they do not care about turnover it almost looks like they want people to quit….
