Pros
Company: -Good benefits -Decent pay (used to get a lot of OT) -Seems like they make an effort for their employees Bethel Site: -Handfull of management actually cares, some nice people currently working there
Cons
Bethel Site: -Old Heads with 30+ years at site are real management who cause high turnover and poor numbers, forcing lower/newer employees to pick up slack -Old site, old tools, management is too busy trying to keep building up to code to deal with HR issues, fix broken equipment, or update incorrect protocols/procedures -unrealistic push for cross training, seems to be trying to double count workers per dept.
