      Pros

      You can learn a lot and if they like you they’ll move you around the company. It’s good experience for when you need to jump ship.

      Cons

      Pay isn’t at market anymore, leaders play favorites, company wouldn’t move rotational employees during Covid and doesn’t even have in person orientation for LDP new hires anymore. Tough environment to start a first job in and vacation is awful, especially if you’re a newer employee. Benefits overall are just ok. Not equal treatment.

      Respected company by customers. Want to be number one in markets .

      Cons

      Company does not seem to worry about employee anymore. Try to operate a company without enough people. VERY LITTLE SUPPORT for salespeople you have to do everything yourself. Inside sales are shared by 10 salespeople. Company used to be a sales company now it is run by Human Resources. They say year after year they understand and changes are coming . Guess what 20 years pass and nothing changes . It gets worse by the year because company is huge . We sell inspite of Eaton !!!!

      Pros

      The people were by and large great to work with. Diverse product lines. Small enough that you can stand out if you really want to.

      Cons

      Some departments have gotten away with pushing blame and work onto others for too long. Bad management. They want to stay at their flight level and never actual dip to the level of the people doing the work. This means they have CI work that just makes things worse.
