unless you are responsible for big business wins, it is difficult to excel in your position, especially if you work in development. The IT infrastructure may be limiting to appease to the entire company, and is not flexible for development projects.

401k matching, day 1 PTO, 4 day work week or 3 day weekend shift available, 1st shift is always well informed and has access to the most resources and is included in company events, differentials for 2nd and weekend.

Cons

High plant manager turnover ( 5 new in 7 years. ) Each one moves the furniture around incessantly. Training is baptism by fire method. If nobody wants to give up their overtime (or if you're not popular) you won't be reasonably trained. Policies are a little muddy sometimes. Parking and building access is less than ideal. I've never seen a wheelchair enter or exit the building or anywhere on the production floor. ( 1 yr 3 mo )
