Excellent renumeration, fair and consistent in how you are treated relative to others in terms of diversity, competence and compliance are the two key areas that matter.

Cons

Traditional Engineering Company which is very Conservative and very slow to embrace technological innovation. But this is to be expected as it has gone through a lot of history and change over a 100 years.
