Database information not always kept up to date as well as it should or could be. Sometimes its not what you know but who you know.

Great health benefits, 401k, excellent wages, relaxed atmosphere if you keep busy, union is good to their members, lots of activities like company picnics and golf outings.

Cons

Some equipment could use updating, hot in summer, some favoritism like anywhere else, sometmes work flow is not steady, no sick or personal days just vacation.
