Like my job, like the people I work with, close to home. Location is central to my needs. Wages pretty good for this area.

Database information not always kept up to date as well as it should or could be. Sometimes its not what you know but who you know.

Elliott has great people and culture. More experienced employees are willing to help and share knowledge. Day to day operations are predictable and steady.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for advancement. Not the best vacation offered. Some of the computer operating systems are outdated (i.e. using Lotus Notes email database)
