The salary was decent, not exceptional, but it pays the bill.

Cons

Most unprofessional and disrespectful atmosphere I have ever worked in. The CEO's management style is using fear and intimadation to accomplish desired results. They do not treat the staff that work hard very well. Your work will not be respected will try to squeeze every ounce of your time. It was very demotivating.

Management hires new grads and then pay us really low salaries.

Cons

Working for eCampus was a terrible waste of time and I awful regret every second I spent here! Management lies to us, to all employees about pay and benefits, and takes advantage of us, especially new grads! Couldn't imagine how unethical they were, what they do to employees is horrible!

The team is very supportive, with people always ready to help out or share their knowledge. The company values new ideas and encourages creative problem-solving. It's easy to focus and be productive because the work environment is relaxed. The flexible scheduling is an added bonus.
