At Eccalon, you have to the autonomy to do your job without the micro management of senior leadership. Ability to collaborate with co-workers and innovate.

No cons to think of, the company is growing and headed in the right direction

The people who end up hired there are amazing to work with

Cons

Leadership is not transparent, those hired to be upper management talk negatively to their employees, it takes forever to get promoted if you are in a position that should be escalated
