Get a paycheck every week.

Cons

No work/life balance. Overworked. Company doesn't care about it's employees or customers. They say they do but they truly don't. Overpriced. Scammers. Employees dispensable to company. No compassion for their employees or customers. Care about money more than people. Favoritism within the upper management. 'Good Ol Boy' mentality.
