Pros

Co-workers are easy to work with. Work environment is comfortable. Flexible work hours. Pay was good. Computers were top of the line.

Cons

Bosses either micromanaged too much or were hands off and let their people go. Layoffs were too common, gave a feeling of uncertainty.

Pros

Enjoyable atmosphere with a true family feeling. People do a good job of working together compared to other companies I've been around. Pretty standard benefits, nothing special. Good work/life balance, encouraged by management.

Cons

Poor hiring policies. Between middle management and engineering there have been a lot of bad hires in a short amount of time. New owners came in and cleaned house, rightfully so. There were more levels of management than there were people to do the work. Many managers played favorites. Company outlook is cloudy given the new ownership.
