Room for advancement Freedom to create your schedule Team Oriented

Cons

Currently there is a shortage of service techs which slows down our growth. i feel like this is a temporary issue.

Company has taken a terrible downhill turn

Company Car, Paternity leave, 401k, stocks

Cons

Work life balance is non existent. Constantly changing the company and have employees quitting left and right. More work than you can handle. Service is terrible. Company doesn't care about their employees only the stock price.
