Pros
The pay, the ability to advance, the 401k plan, the stock purchase plan, the people. Ecolab is a growing company that will be around for a long time.
Cons
Working with some of the raw chemicals in manufacturing cleaning supplies. And some of the systems to remove chemical fumes didn't work.
