Frustrating, no career progression

Pros

Monday to Friday , a service vehicle , get to go home handing in my notice when I leave

Cons

Constantly chased for calls , promotions based on a certain circles of friends rather than experience consistently lied to just to stop people leaving promises of promotion but nothing happens , the inability to lead the teams , managers propped up by experienced technicians on problem sites to find issues , ecolab have a way of overcharging customers for treatments due the poor quality routine inspections , customers are lied to and promised the earth to stay the list goes on

Pros

Benefits are good, company vehicle,pay is what you make of it it can be ok or it can be great depending on you.

Cons

You are always plugged in there is no time you are off if you get a call you have to respond. If you want to move up and have past experience you are fine but if you don’t it’s practically impossible.

Pros

Knowlage it's always an on going training curve

Cons

No promotion prospects they are hard to work for always on your back always giving not taking.over time is not correct they never tell you the cut off date so you can check your wages if you get a parking ticket they take the fine out if your wages with out notifying you and on rare ovations it's to late to appeal bonuses they find ways not to pay them commitions get payed when the jobs signed off and that could be 3 or 4 months if not longer
