Easily accessible to the major highways, close to home, large corporation that offers growth potential.

Cons

ZERO training provided. Staff had no time to train me, forgot they hired me & my start date. Gave me an outdated manual to try and follow. I quickly decided I needed to look for new employment and not waste my time nor the companies. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good fit.

Pros

Its a great environment if you don't mind standing in water playing with high voltage electricity and working in the field for 10 hours then coming home to 2 hours of data mining reports. And if you like chasing money that you're customers haven't paid a only to get blamed when they can't get their product ts shipped to them.

Cons

Everything I described above.

Company car for the tools and equipment that you use to service accounts Good pay Cell phone benefits Corporate card for parking and tools when necessary

Cons

Long hours including weekend coverage on call 24 hours a day Physically demanding and dirty job All commission job structured around a "base salary". You buy into your territory High turnover rates where I worked
