Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of room to move laterally to new positions, not as easy to move vertically. Tend to hire internally. Lots of locations and plants and you are encouraged to move around (if that's what you're looking for).
Cons
Advancements to new positions do not come with corresponding salary increases to account for cost-of-living, increased responsibility, etc. Cumbersome shifts in vision, etc are attempted but things rarely change on the ground floor. Only certain areas get paid attention to, big projects quickly fall out of style and are left floundering.
