Pros

Canteen, easy to park. Some mobility. Lot of things to do, as company is moving fast. Also good opportunity for sales professionals.

Cons

Typical fear-based leadership style: do not expect any trust from managers, they won't listen to you. Environment in office isn't the best, and better not to point the pink elephant. Want to stand out or move things forward? Think twice if you do not want to have a hard time in the office. Poor mid and senior management roles; no experience, only text book knowledge and micro management framework.
