      Pros

      Depending on position will have a flexable scheudle, face paced , customer service and interact with different departments was enjoyable. I would recomend working for Ecolab

      Cons

      Lack of Training and way to many webinars and e-mails about the same thing. Every Company has it down falls But over all would recomend Ecolab to someone.

      Going downhill fast.

      Pros

      Ecolab is a relatively stable company, compensation is about industry average, the training programs are decent (LSS, Culture & Inclusion). I was given a chance to work in new areas of supply chain and learn from experienced associates, there are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Talent drain is non-stop, it seems like if a person is half-way competent they spend a couple years there, get frustrated with the antiquated systems and thinking and move on to bigger and better things. Supply chain is looked at as strictly a cost-center, therefore the amount of investment and focus within the company is commensurate with that approach.
