      - I got a good mentor who was willing to let me try out different roles and cared about what I was doing - Good pay for interns - Various projects for interns that were interesting and involved collaboration with full-time employees and other fellow interns - Visits/plant tours to other operations of the company

      Cons

      - Location (but it is a common problem with all chemical plants in Singapore) - Sometimes repetitive work
